Prof. Dr. K. Venkatesan, BE, MTech, PGA, PhD, DDiv
Dr. K. Venkatesan, Engineering Consultant, Vedic Astrologer, Planetary Gem Advisor, Vaastu Expert and a Management Metaphysics Consultant studied Electrical Engineering at the Madras University and earned his Master's degree in Technology from Anna University and earned his PhD in Theology from Bircham International University, Spain, EU and his PhD in Astrology from Windsor University. He also earned the Religious Degrees of PhD in Metaphysics and Doctor of Divinity both from Esoteric Theological Seminary, Florida, USA.
He has also been awarded numerous awards, titles and honors for his knowledge and expertise in the fields of Vaastu, Vedic Astrology, Gemology among them include , an Honorary Doctorate of Vedic Astrology from The Yorker International University, NY, USA, an Honorary Doctor of Divinity Degree from the Breyer State University, USA, an honorary PhD in Vaastu Shastra and Metaphysics from Cosmopolitan University Network and Research Institute (USA) and Planetary Gem Advisor award (PGA) from Planetary Gemologists Association (Thailand).
But more importantly, Dr. Venkatesan, a direct descendant of Brahmashri Ratnakeda Srinivasa Dixitar (Father in law of Sri Appaya Dixitar), Sri Abhirama Bhattar and Sri Chandrikananandanatha Swamigal , the Great saints of South India , is uniquely placed owing to this distinguished lineage, to disseminate Vedic learning. As is well known, Vedic knowledge, unlike other subjects, is one primarily mastered through the transmission of learning from generation to generation, usually through direct oral teaching from parents to children. As a descendant of the legendary Saints, Dr. Venkatesan has been the recipient of Vedic shastric learning, thus Vaastu, Vedic astrology and other Vedic knowledge forms a natural part of his own geneological background.
Dr. Venkatesan has also received the various other awards and titles which include , "Best Student Award" from CIT Alumni Association, Honorary professorship from Cosmopolitan University, USA, "Scientific Vedic Astrologer" and "Outstanding Personality Award" from Lion's International, "Vaastu Ratna" and "Vidya Ratna" Awards from World Peace and Friendship Council (WPFC), "FIE Foundation Award " from IMTEX-92, "Sri Pancharatna Award" for Web Excellence from PGA, Thailand and also "Bullet Proof Manager" Training from Crestcom International, USA and a certified "Scientific Psychic Advisor", from ETS, Florida. He received extensive and advanced training in the arenas of Robotic Motion Planning and Control and Computer Vision in USA and Japan from the experts in these fields. He is also the Chairman of the nodal agency Vaastu Foundation in India.
At the International Vasati Research Institute of the European Academy of Vedic Sciences in Germany, his areas of interests include Solar Radiation, EMC Analysis , Dr.Hartman's grid, Geopathic Stress, Frequency Domain analysis of fractal and Vaastu energies, as well as Astro-Vastu. He has written numerous articles on Astrology and Vaastu and Metaphysics. In his capacity as an engineer, he has also authored course books on Robotics and Computer Vision and other technical publications.
Apart from his professional consultations, he devotes a lot of his time to philanthropic, world peace activities, charity works for the welfare of the poorer sections of Indian society. He spends a substantial portion of his professional energies in social work to contribute towards creating a casteless and classless society, and to that end, he has created the charitable organization Vaastu Foundation in order to distribute resources to poor people, particularly to women and children, with the aim of helping women to work and children to be educated.
